27th June - Needs

I still have needs and it's okay!

A cry of need bursts forth from the lungs of an infant without shame.  "My tummy hurts!" she screams with a lusty cry.  "Please fill it with something warm and soothing".

"Just hold me", a little boy calls out in wordless tears.  "Touch me, rock me, be close".

Even as adults, our deepest needs cry out.  We, too, need to be filled, touched, loved and rocked.  Our inner child calls to those around us to take care of us and satisfy our needs for nurturing.  In shame, I have hidden my needs and refused to cry out.

Today I will care for them.  I may bask in the warmth of a bubble bath, seek a hug from a friend or brew a special cup of tea while surrounded and rocked with gentle music.

Oh my own!!! You happen to be merely also genuine being beneficial. How do you manage to produce in addition to research in this kind of amazing items? You could have encouraged everyone to operate harder now. I would test whenever possible to relish lifetime towards the maximum and be satiated using the amazing stuff are about everyone, which I have been unaware of so far.
